Product Availability
At Elite Remi Imports, our hair is 100% human hair. Each individual piece comes from a different human donor. Therefore, we cannot guarantee hair color and texture. The color will range from a Natural Black to a Natural Brown in the Indian and Russian Collection. We will make a concerted effort to match your order to your color and texture specifications.
Availability of product is subject to change without notice. If any product is out or stock or unavailable, we will contact you to determine a replacement. If a placement is not available, your order will be cancelled and Elite Remi Imports will promptly issue a refund.
Order Processing
Elite Remi Imports LLC business hours are:
Monday – Friday: 8:00AM – 5:00PM MST
Saturday: 8:00AM – 12:00PM MST.
Orders will be processed and shipped within 2 business days. Once shipped, orders will arrive within the time frame selected when the order was placed.
Payment Terms
100% of your payment is due when the order is placed. We accept all major credit cards. Your credit card will be charged immediately. Credit card fraud and theft will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. If your billing address is different than your shipping address, a representative will contact you to confirm all information after your order is placed.
Shipping
All orders will be shipped using a guaranteed service with tracking information. A delivery estimate and tracking number will be provided when your order is shipped based on the information we receive from our carrier. We are not responsible for late shipments due to inclement weather, holidays, natural disasters or carrier delays. Holidays do not count when calculating shipping times.
Your order will be shipped to address provided. Check to ensure ALL address information is included (address, apt. #, zip) to ensure proper delivery of your package. It is extremely important that you provide us with accurate and complete information. No refunds will be issued for returned or abandoned shipments due to incomplete or incorrect information.
Return Policy
At Elite Remi Imports LLC, we work hard to ensure that you will be 100% satisfied with your purchase. All orders are thoroughly inspected before shipment. Please review your purchase upon receipt and prior to installation to make sure you are happy with the product. Due to the nature of the product, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. If you feel that the product you received is defective, you must contact us within 14 calendar days of purchase. Hair that has not been installed may be returned for an exchange. Hair that has been altered in anyway (cut, colored, permed, removed from the weft) may not be exchanged. Product must be exchanged for a product equal or greater in value. The hair must be sent back and inspected by Elite Remi Imports before an exchange product is shipped out. The customer will be responsible for paying the shipping cost of the return. Elite Remi Imports will cover the cost of the return product (ground shipping).
